Can I contact you outside of your opening hours?

Yes, we are able to provide out of hours call outs.

How much is it to cremate a pet?

We cater for all types and sizes of pet. Click here to see our full price list or please call if your pet isn’t listed.

How are pets collected?

We are able to collect from your home, or from your veterinary surgery, upon request. All collections are made in discreet lined Amae bags shaped to represent your pet’s bed and a gentle final resting place. The Amae bag provides reassurance to you that your pet will be cared for in a conscientious and sensitive manner at all times.

What happens to my pets ashes?

You may wish to come back to Cherished Hearts Cremations to collect your pet’s ashes, alternatively if requested we will return the ashes via a fully tracked delivery service (for an additional charge).

How long does the process take?

Upon collection of your pet we aim to get their ashes back within 3 working days.

Can you help me choose an urn or casket?

Of course. Whilst choosing a casket or urn is a personal choice, we can make recommendations based on your design preferences and budget.

Do you offer extras, such as paw print casts?

We want you to benefit from a truly personalised service. If you are considering additional services, such as paw prints, casts and fur clippings, speak to our team today.
